In addition to cost savings, using a local florist allows you personal contact with the person filling your order. They can make suggestions with flowers and products they have in stock. It also allows you to support a local business. Many floral brokers hint that they're local, but if they don't have a local address, they're brokering your flower order to a local florist (which means they're also taking a percentage of the sales). Why not cut out the middle man and go straight to the florist?
